Regionals will be held at the Nepean Sportsplex. It is open to swimmers from all groups who have achieved at least 1 Regional qualifying time. Swimmers who have achieved an Ontario Swimming Championship qualifying time is not eligible to compete in that event at this meet.
Thursday June 5 starts at 4pm with the mixed 4x100 Medley Relays as well as the 800/1500 free for all ages
Friday, Saturday and Sunday currently have the same timelines
13& Over Preliminaries: Warmup 8:00am Start 9:00am Finals: Warmup 5:00pm Start 6:00pm
12& Under Timed Finals: Warmup 12:30pm Start 1:15pm
