New to swimming? Join our Pre-competitive Programme
Designed for keen aqua kids interested in our Competitive stream. Swimmers learn speed skills, strokes, starts and finishes. Focused on skills development in practices and timed events at fun swim meets, these levels promote development through learning and experience in organized competitions. Practices are mainly out of the Jewish Community Centre, but also utilize city pools like the Plant Recreation Centre and Canterbury Pool.

Our Competitive Programme strives to instill a life-long love of swimming through training, team unity and character building. Led by a team of high level coaches, every swimmer has the opportunity to achieve their unique athletic and individual potential, whether by competing at local, provincial, national or international competitions. Many of our swimmers continue their swimming careers in Varsity athletics or Masters swimming.
