Friday Night at the Races is a series of 4 mini-competitions that we are running with NKB swim team. They are NOVICE competitions designed to bring fun into it and get everyone excited about how fun racing is.
It will be used as a teaching tool for all involved. Teaching about meet protocols, starts, streamlining, importance of kicking, excitement of relays and much, much more.
This one is for all the swimmers 10 & under who are in WHALES, SHARKS and JUNIOR.
