Friday December 8 & Saturday December 9

13&over Preliminaries:     Warm-up:  7:00-8:05am  START: 8:15am  Finish approximately 12:30pm

12&under Timed Finals:    Warm-up:  12:30-1:00pm START 1:05pm  Finish at approximately 5:30pm

13&over Finals:                 Warm-up: 5:45 - 6:40pm START 6:45pm Finish at approximately 8:30pm

Sunday December 10

13&over Preliminaries:     Warm-up:  7:00-8:05am  START: 8:15am  Finish approximately 12:45pm

12&under Timed Finals:    Warm-up: 1:00pm-1:30pm START 1:35pm  Finish at approximately 4:15pm

13&over Finals:                 Warm-up: 4:30-5:25pm START 5:30pm Finish at approximately 7:00pm

All events (13+) with the exception of the 800 and 1500 free will have an A final.  Events where there are a minimum of 16 swimmers in the event will also have a B final.  All 11/12 events are timed finals.

POOL:  Centre Sportif de Gatineau - 850 de la Gappe Blvd., Gatineau

FORMAT:  for 13+ events - all races in both Preliminaries and Finals will be in 2 tanks.  We are assuming that the 11/12 year olds are swimming in 1 tank only.
