Saturday sessions are split by Age Group
12 & under Warm-up at 8am start 8:45am finish approximately 12:30pm
13 & over Warm-up at 12:45pm start 1:30pm and finish approximately 6pm
Sunday all age groups warmup at 8:00am start 8:45am and finish approximatey1:30pm.
12 & unders will be in the deep end and the 13& overs will compete in the shallow end.
