Come learn from your Swim Ottawa Senior Swimmers some of the techniques that help them every day become better swimmers. Starts, Turns, Underwater streamlining and kicking; stroke techniques to improve power, speed and efficiency.

LOCATION: Crestview Outdoor Pool
COST: $60.00 per swimmer
NOTES: This is also a fundraiser run by the Senior Swimmers to help off-set some of the costs for their Winter Training Camp.
