This event is a chance for our Comp Para 3, JR1, JR2 and AG2 groups to swim a 200, 400 or 800 FR (events will be chosen in discussion with your group coach).
AG1 and SR3 swimmers may chose to attend the SWOTT Time Trial OR the KBM Distance Development meet. You may not attend both.
